About AdminHelper
AdminHelper is an AI-assisted invoicing and quoting tool for UK tradespeople, operated by EJK Consultancy Ltd. You forward customer emails, WhatsApp messages, photos, or voice notes, and we draft invoices and quotes for your review.
AdminHelper is NOT accounting software and does NOT provide financial, tax, or legal advice.
Your Account
- You must provide accurate business information.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- One account per business.
- You must be at least 18 years old and a UK-based business to use AdminHelper.
How the Service Works
- You forward customer communications to AdminHelper.
- We use AI to draft invoices and quotes based on the content.
- You review, edit, and approve every document before it is sent.
- We never send anything to your customers without your explicit approval.
Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of all invoices and quotes you approve and send.
- You must review all AI-generated drafts before approving.
- You are responsible for your own VAT compliance and tax obligations.
- You must not use AdminHelper for fraudulent, illegal, or misleading purposes.
Trial and Subscription
- A free trial period may be available (details on our pricing page).
- Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period.
- No refunds for partial months.
- We may change pricing with 30 days written notice.
AI-Generated Content
Invoices, quotes, and suggested replies are AI-drafted suggestions. They are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
- You must always review and verify before sending.
- We are not liable for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content.
Data and Privacy
Your use of AdminHelper is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
- Your data remains yours.
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
Intellectual Property
AdminHelper, its branding, code, and content are owned by EJK Consultancy Ltd. You retain full ownership of your business data, customer information, invoices, and quotes.
Limitation of Liability
AdminHelper is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Lost revenue or profits
- Incorrect invoices or quotes sent by you
- Tax or compliance issues
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid to AdminHelper in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination:
- You can export your data within 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms.
General
- Governing law: England and Wales.
- If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
- These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and EJK Consultancy Ltd regarding AdminHelper.
